Customer Project Manager
What’s your background?
After obtaining a BTS in Electrical Engineering, I worked in the electrical sector for 2 years. I joined PYRESCOM in 2015 as a maintenance technician, then as a hotline technician and technical expert before becoming a customer project manager.
What are your daily tasks?
My job as a technician involves learning and mastering the various products and solutions offered by PYRESCOM in order to help with installation, troubleshooting and training for our customers and partners.
It also involves passing on information from the field to our customers so that we can make our products more reliable and improve them.
What’s your superpower at work?
My superpower at work is perseverance, which helps me to constantly progress and become more efficient.
