What’s your background?
In terms of my studies, I have 2 degrees: an HR / Vocational Training (FPA) degree and a Professional Degree / Environmental Project Manager – specialising in waste management.
In terms of work experience, I first worked in international logistics for 20 years. Since 2015, I’ve been working as a sales representative, first at CEMOI and then at PYRESCOM.
What are your daily tasks?
I’m in the sales administration department and I’m in charge of all tasks related to customer orders for the AIVIA range. I coordinate the smooth running of operations with the various internal departments in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
What’s your superpower at work?
My rigour, my reactivity and my sense of service.
